Thin Polyester Fabric for a Memory Quilt

by Michael Ann
(Mississippi)

I have a friend who wants me to make a memory quilt out of her daughter's dress shirts.

The fabric is extremely thin polyester.

I was wondering if I used fusible interfacing if it would be possible to use the fabric.

I am concerned it might fray or not hold up well.

The other side of the quilt is a t-shirt quilt.
