Making a Quilt Out of Old T-shirts

I convinced my husband to give up some of his old treasured t-shirts by promising to make a quilt out of them for him.

That way he can keep the nostalgic value and give him a warm blanket for curling up with during the winter.

I will be happy to reduce the number of t-shirts filling up drawers but never get worn.

In the attached picture you can see that I have cut them up and laid out a bunch of them to get a feel for what it might look like.

What are people's opinion about whether I should leave large chucks to keep the logos intact or should I cut them up into equal size chunks and then mix them up?

All opinions are welcomed!
