Bleeding Red

I recently made a log cabin quilt which I love.
It is a queen size quilt - blue and white with red center.
I washed it this week and the red centers bled.
I washed all the fabric before I started quilting.
Also, I used a color catcher when I washed it.
How can I get the red bleed out without harming the other colors?
