Beginning Quilter

Hi,
I am making a wall hanging. I have picked fabric from 2 different Charm Packs and did a few fussy cuts from some other material.
All are supposed to be 5x5 squares. The ones from some of the charm packs are a tiny bit larger.
Should I trim the larger ones down?
